Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where will I find a price list?
A. It is almost impossible to offer a price list – we’ve tried on many occasions to put one together and failed miserably! As all items are bespoke and with each client wanting different things, each order is quoted for on an individual basis. We strive to work within a clients’ budget without compromising on design.

Q. Can I order a sample?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples unless an order has been placed. We have a large range of samples available to view in our shop in Northenden, Manchester.

Q. Would you recommend booking a consultation?
A. Absolutely! Consultations are free of charge and without obligation. All consultations are strictly by appointment only and are held with Nicola at her home studio in Northenden, Manchester or by telephone / email. One consultation should be more than sufficient however, there may be a charge should you wish to book additional consultations.

Q. How far in advance should I place an order?
A. We recommend placing your order at least three months in advance of when you want to receive your stationery. We have a limited number of slots available on a weekly basis and once we are fully booked we cannot squeeze any further orders in.

Q. Are you able to accommodate rush orders?
A. If there is room in the diary, we may be able to help with orders that are required less than four weeks in advance. Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try our very best to help. There will be an additional charge of £50.00 to cover express delivery costs from our suppliers etc.

Q. Will I need to pay a deposit?
A. A 50% deposit is payable at the time of ordering and no design work will start without this. The balance is then due seven days before your order is ready to collect / despatch. Please see the ‘Process’ section for further information.

Q. Is there a minimum number of invitations that I need to order?
A. Yes, our minimum order quantity for invitations is 25 and, our minimum total order value is £150.00 plus postage and packing (if applicable).

Q. Can you print our guest information onto our invitations and envelopes?
A. Our prices include printed guest information (invitations and envelopes) at no extra charge. A simple template will be sent to you to complete; this is the only format that we accept for printed guest information. We do not accept any handwritten information.
